its still almost 500 wide you'll just have to ask the senior council, like I suggested to the other guys thread try getting rid of the ribbons you do not have and re-arrange the ones you have that may help, and again this is just a suggestion hope this helps!

Just an FYI The Armory likes to keep the size of sigs down to 400 x 100 pixels. We had problems in the past and they were getting way out of hand so you may need to find another way to use that kind of sig like downloading the sig and resizing it on your machine then posting it. Thats just 1 suggestion hope this helps
