Battlefield 3
It just seems to me like they would be doing everything they could to hype its release . Something like Halo 3, There would be a wed site BF3.com or something. Pics, videos interviews Betas Inside rumors from designers. I havnt seen or heard anything. I know some peeps in Cali that went to 1 of the many gamer conventions and claimed to have seen a Battle Field 3 Beta that was very early version and that was last summer. IM thinking we may get screwed on this deal as more money is made in Console games and when its finally released they will have some big dollar contract to exclusively sell only Xbox or Play Station . Then after a year it would be released for PC umm that's 2010 bummer

Welllllll thats the only reason I still hang around is exactly what you just said there are SOME members that dont try to treat me like an outsider and judge me negatively because I share things that I read that I think is cool or interesting........that said I know some of what I share in my posts is old news or boring to some or not funny like I see it. There has been SEVERAL times when some member went out of their way to mess with me on the forums had I had a tag I expect therre would have been nothing said. IM just now kind of responding to it. Its no biggie a forum is a forum . Thanks to all the people that treat me well on here. to everyone else. How many fihgers am I holding up?

END of the RoaD?
http://a.abcnews.com/images/US/nm_trailer_080511_mn.jpg $4 Gas: The End of an Era? Could it be the end of an era for Americans? Someday, family road trips may become completely unaffordable. People who study the oil industry say that classic summer road trips could be going the way of the extinct Ford Edsel. That's because the demand for oil is increasing all over the world. In India and China, the number of new cars on the road has been rapidly increasing. In China, there are thousands of new automobiles hitting the streets every day. In addition, some experts say the production of oil worldwide may have peaked. If gas continues to rise to $5, $6 or $7 a gallon or even higher, America may become a very different place. People may have to change their habits.

OMG the end of GE appliances
Good-bye to GE Appliances A lot of folks within GE are no doubt feeling nostalgic about the prospect of losing an iconic part of the portfolio. But, from the moment Immelt stepped into the job, he recognized that the company?s appliance business was ultimately destined to be a thing of the past. The housing boom just allowed him to put off the decision for a while. THis is ending more than a century in an industry that helped make GE a household name GE, the biggest maker of appliances for new U.S. homes, hired Goldman Sachs Group Inc. to explore options that include a spinoff or auction. Prices for some appliances haven't increased in more than half a century. In 1953, an 11-cubic-foot refrigerator was advertised for more than $500. Today, an 18.2-cubic-foot GE model lists for as little as $519 on the web. http://www.globalarray.net/user/cardboardstars/ge7aplliancesxmas.jpg I guess GM will be next
