  14. seriously. who really cares what oil costs per barrel? are you really going to be driving your 10 mpg f-150 when gas goes up to $20 / gallon, or are you going to find alternate modes of transportation? outrage, the noun, is one word. i think what you're looking for is the adjective outrageous.
