EA doesn't give a crap if you hack the weapons in unranked servers and unlock them. They only cared about it in the demo because the demo wasn't supposed to be touched/hacked. The full game, though, is allowed to be hacked.

But in rankes servers, you have to EARN those ranks and weapons. Un-ranked servers are just for fun. They give you whatever you want. blahblahblah

Wow. I just unlocked the Anti-Tank weapon, the DOsomethingsomething, and it's just friggin wickedness. I've gotten so many kills with that thing, way more than with my SMG. It shoots as fast as you can click, and the damage is very high.
