Open up console Type 'status' (that will show the names and steam id's) then type 'screenshot' right away (that will take a screenshot of the console) for a demo, in console type 'record', and when you are done, type 'stop' in console. The files will be placed in your cstrike folder (the screenshots will be put in the 'screenshots' folder)
