Success!! I took out my sound card (SB Audigy Platinum 2)and upgraded BIOS, don't know which it was, but it finally works! Thanks all!

No problem at all, totally understandable. I do have the latest drivers for both, I also tried rolling back drivers for the video card and trying Beta drivers. Sound card I let auto update, and is up to date, but i think I'll try removing it and seeing if/ what that will do. Windows is 64 bit. The only drivers that I have that are "out of date" would be my mobo drivers, I need to do some research as to how to flash the bios with win7. Don't know if that could be an issue. I also have SLI 8800 GTS', I've tried disabling SLI as well, to no avail.

Tried that one, also tried running under Campatabilty mode for Xp-Vista. Reinstalled with UAC turned off, ran all files/ patches as admin, still nothing at all. Crashes to desktop every time.

IF i may ask, how'd you get it to work?? I'm having the same issues, and can't find the life of me find a fix!
