Insta prone strafing is when a person upon contact hits the ground and then starts to shoot while moving left and right. Its not possible to shoot and strafe while prone now, so you should be fine. This is my understanding anyways...

I wish I had some, but the mountain lion was too far for the zoom of the camera. And by the time I found the camera, the sun was already down. :o If I spot another one, I'll make sure to grab a picture.
