  2. G looks to have covered it all. (His turn to post it :flame: ) Anyways, the Ship is a really fun mod. It takes a lot more patience and thought to play than most fps. Good times shooting G after I stalked him...only to hear him on vent. !!
  3. lol :flame: I'll get a picture of me camming sometime.
  4. I figured there would be a surprise during this season's playoffs, though I wasn't really expecting it from this match. Good job RA, I'm sure it was a great game.
  5. Sure fun to have an acoustic, though its not much fun to carry on longer hikes. But yea, camping is a lot of fun with a group of guys you know and are friends with.
  6. Not my fault my eyes suck. Laser Surgery for the win once my eyes stop growing...
  7. About 30 minutes from Auburn, out of a town called Michigan Bluff. Old mining town and run down mines where we were - I'm fairly sure we saw a gold mine but it was across the river with no way across.
  8. Well I got back from camping Saturday, a little early than planned because a few guys needed to get back to do something Sunday. Seven of us went, all friends since elementary school. We headed up north (a bit of a drive) to the beginnings of the Sierra Nevadas where we would hike in. Left the car (Yukon XL for the seven of us, loaded up full) in the smallest town I've ever seen and then hit the trail. Now I've done a lot of camping/hiking and running distances for CC year round, but this had to be the toughest hiking I've done. Elevation dropped 1200 ft in about 1/2 mile with little switch backs - just one of the hills we had to go over. The trail did not ride the ridge line for the most part, so it was up/down hill a lot of the way. We were all very tired when we got to camp. The campsite was very cool. Someone already had a fire pit with some flat rocks for seating around it. Plus, our spot was right on the American River, with a smaller estuary close by as well. I got a fire going while the rest set up camp in the last hour of light. We threw some potatoes with tin foil around them into fire to make baked potatoes - which turned out pretty well. Afterwards we just sat around the fire talking of old times and things to come. The rest of the days were filled with fishing by the river, exploring the area, and the general camping passtime stuff. Sitting around the campfire was a lot of fun at night. Can't remember the last time I laughed so much. We'll probably head to the Sierra Nevadas again for some camping. Thinking Trinity Alps or Desolation Wilderness...but we will see. Too many stories to tell, perhaps catch me on Vent sometime and I can further explain. Without further ado, pictures (someone brought a digital camera!). The Terrain Hiking Out (I'm carrying the tent to lighten the load of a very winded friend) Something we saw in the small town, a warning to all city slickers... At the trail head, I'm on the right Our savior after the trip (we each had a double double and another burger after that) The Seven before the trip, I'm furthest right More scenery A small creek we passed On the trail (I'm at the back) Food Sharpshooter6 The Terrorist? Our campground, American River in background American River American River2 At the estuary, sooooo cold. I went in shortly after. The Real Use For Bug Spray The Real Use For Bug Spray 2 Mmmmmmmmm (we were hungry) Exploring down by the river (I'm on left) Leaving the camp, ready to go Resting on the hike; watching a friend fish Time Delay Something Effect; I'm in the white shirt, green beanie Anyone want oatmeal? He was tired, lol. I saw him and grabbed the camera. Nothing like lighter fluid and coke...pretty bad stuff. After cheap cigars and some pretty bad lighter fluid. Good times, we are planning another trip.
  9. Sounds like a lot of fun Finner. Enjoy and take care. :peace:
  10. Leaving for a camping trip with a group of friends. Will be back Sunday. Adios! :peace: Perhaps I will have pictures to share if someone brings a camera.
  11. Lol. Perhaps a little.
  12. Yep, I saw him the other day playing. I haven't seen him playing with the tags though...Next time someone sees him tell him to drop by and say hello on our forums, whether it be main hall or clan talk. :peace:
  13. Heh, good job. Ask G or Klink, they have done it on a lot of weapons earlier.
  14. Heh, serves me right for not playing too much...although it was just testing. I gotta download this.
  15. I'm fairly sure its a random bug...or one that a player abuses at random points, though not for his benefit. Kind of like the white smoke dealy.
  16. /looks for the 20 player clay kill.
  17. Congrats Vesper.
  18. Zip the demo and send it to: sharp6@gmail.com
  19. Mod of the Week #1 Recap At first G and I figured it wasn't going to go very well since Ripper was the only one on time (or a bit early). But as the first few rounds exploded in a hail of Mac10 fire, the ventrilo channel filled up to a comfortable size. The lot played for a good two hours before I left. It was a lot of fun shooting away gansta style and chatting on ventrilo. Good times indeed. This is definite motivation to get another event likes this scheduled. On a side note, I'd like to thank all of those that showed up and played with us: G, Gobi, DeadRoach, Kestral, gopatriots03, ripper, MrJimmy, Vesper, Flipster, Holyhandgrenade, Saggi, and River Rat. :peace: Any suggestions for future events would be welcome. Contact G or I via email or instant messenger (xfire/msn).
  20. I remember doing that, good times. Funny thing was, I just found one a few months ago...but I haven't done the eggs for many years.
  21. 14-28 against rdS the other day, but that was just because I tried to shotgun in this version. :peace:
  22. dude, get on vent. :peace:
