Thanks Ding... Unfortunately Cable DSL is not available where I live. I am forced to use WISP, microwave. I'll run tracert and see if anything stick out. I'm convince they are playing dirty.

My ISP has 4 packages Light= 1.7Mbps DL $39.95 Basic= 3.2 Mbps DL $49.95 Advanced= 6 Mbps DL $59.95 Ultra= 10 Mbps DL $79.95 I my subscription is Advanced and I am paying $59.95/month I've received 5.76 Mbps as my best speedtest but my ISP is obviously only giving my speeds of Light to Basic. I have called tech support so many times and they keep telling me they can't do anything to speed it up as they have to send a ticket in regarding my complaints and I wait and wait. The service doesn't get any better. Before December last year I was getting average 3-5 Mbps speeds. I have noticed a drastic change in my speeds and my latency fluctuates frequently while gaming. It make me believe the ISP is using some sort of ITM program to make me lose packets during gameplay. Last night everything was fine when we first got the server going and then lag from hell. I never experienced this type of service from my ISP since the new year. It says in their policy: Prohibited traffic management practices Unless your service provider has received prior approval from the CRTC, it may not use traffic management practices that do any of the following: Lead to blocking the delivery of content to you Result in the noticeable degradation of time-sensitive Internet traffic Slow non-time-sensitive traffic to the extent that it amounts to blocking the content It also says they are to give 30 days notice to me if my service is going to be changed. Not sure what to do. Maybe Formal complaint to CRTC http://www.crtc.gc.ca/eng/info_sht/t1043.htm This is the reason you fellas don't see me gaming lately.

Some of you may know already that I am a country man with a shitty ISP. Thanks to my shitty 1.50mbps speed I am able to share with you our newest addition to our family. I am pleased to welcome our second horse to my family. This is Sassy She is a 10 month old filly. Her breed is Peruvian Paso. Her color is Bay. This breed are known for their natural gait. Yes, I intend on training her so my wifey can ride with me but yet on a smoother ride. The Black and white paint in the picture is my filly named RavenStar. She is 2yrs. For those of you that don't know what a filly is. It's a female horse under the age of 4. Over 4 they become a mare. At 2 it is the perfect time to start training.
