Source: Shores Of Glory The First of Many! Believe it or not, development is still going on behind the doors of Shores of Glory. Although we regret that we haven’t had to opportunity to release new media we feel that it is necessary to show the community what we are all about. We have new in game images to showcase several maps that have been created by our talented mapping department; cheese-sarnie, ca-chicken-soup, and b1izzard. Although these maps aren’t 100% complete, they are definitely getting there! Have yourself a look at the attachments! Each map is done in 3's. The first map is called Jungle which is developed by cheese-sarnie. The second set of images is from a map called Manila developed by b1izzard. The third and forth sets which are entitled, Pacific and Peleliu are also created by cheese-sarnie. The 5th set is a map developed by ca-chicken-soup, which is entitled Prachuap. Source: Point of Existance 2 In our last news posting we commented that we would discuss some of our server backend development. It's been very important to us to make POE:2 as a complete package that caters to all types of gamers. EA/Dice has done a great job with making their ranking system for BF:2 and we realize that there are a lot of gamers that play the game for this feature. Stating that we'll begin by discussing what Kmkz & Melugo have been working on since they joined the team last year. The team discussed this thoroughly and decided that instead of having a "ranking/award"? system that we would prefer to have a statistical system that keeps track of your POE:2 playing history. POE:2 Gamers will be able to view their stats through a nice easy-to-use website which we will be providing to the community. Read more here.
