    I've been playing on the all map server for a couple of weeks and haven't had any problems with accusations even when I hit dumb/lucky shots but for some reason earlier I randomly got kicked and seemingly banned (says "FAILED TO JOIN SERVER: An unknown error occurred.") after a series of kills on people who were not looking in my direction and were easy spray downs. I wasn't hitting difficult shots in the game and the only suspicious thing I could think of that would tip anyone off is my 50+ kills and less than 20 deaths but I don't know what could have truly warranted a ban in that game, I even felt like I wasn't doing as good as I could at some points.
