i have a question.. is the US Anti-Tank upgrade more powerful? cause the default one sucks

im "leet" seriously though. I used a cool brush i found called "windbrushes2" on deviantart.com I just messed around with that, put some different colors in, then pressed Ctrl+U for Saturation. Click color and move it around till you get a cool color. Then press Ctrl+M for curves. Move this around for a cool look.

could you explain what I should do with Rivatuner. I was looking through it and its not as simple as coolbits.

that's not the actual program, thats the default Nvidia thing. I dont know if it was there before I installed coolbits. The stock speeds were 400 and 800. I tried putting it to 403 and it didnt work. I'll download rivatuner

how will i know when i've reached the max? EDIT: when I change the mhz for standard 2d and performance 3d it says i have to test them to make sure the computer can handle it. When i run the test it says that the settings are too high and it makes me put them back down. What do i do now?
