I hate New York
<begin vent/rant> I sincerely despise New York. Having been here only a week I'm counting the seconds till I fly back home. I don't understand why so many people would choose to live in such a small space. Upsides: Frequent flyer miles Really good food everywhere Tegan and Sara @ SummerStage Billy Graham's last crusade Meeting Bill and Hillary Clinton Meeting Jars of Clay Meeting Tree 63 Visiting my cousin Downsides: No clue where I was 1/2 the time No car (dad had rental) No clue what time zone I was on Being in Manhattan during the *** Pride Parade Tourist-unfriendly Chinatown-no balisong for me Having to listen to Ron ***smith play crappy music @ SummerStage Nearly dying on Coney Island's rollercoaster (never safety checked...ever) Nearly dying of heat stroke on a daily basis Flying back to my little O.C. bubble tomorrow thank God. Goodbye huge awful city. <end vent/rant>

Help Me!
Wellsy don't get a 9600. Even a beefed up one with 256. I had one and hated it. If you're not even AGP you're pretty much out of luck. Build a new system from scratch, salvaging drives, NIC, etc from your current system. When it comes to cases err on the side of too large than too small. You'll probably need a new PSU to run whatever card you buy and a bunch of fans too.

< Disappearance of the AZNTWON ! >
Good to see you breathing Azn. Take it from me: 5 hour raid sessions every night of the week = bad for you IRL. Have fun WoW. Lemme know how Blackwing Lair turns out

DEFCON editted my post to indulge his sense of authority. But this isn't the place to discuss that

Disappearance of the AZNTWON !!
I know exactly where you're at Azn. My last 2 years in EverQuest consisted of raiding 5-7 nights a week for a good 4-8 hours each night. I'm glad you like WoW. I wish I did. Let me know how Blackwing Lair turns out. If you ever need me to raid for you drop me and email or PM. I'm used to playing 3 or 4 chars at a time on raids hehe. See you in BF2 for sure.

Nice cr0tch rocket Shotty. I'm tuning up my new Toyota MR2 Spyder right now. I bet that bike would own it on a straight. I'd be scared for my life sitting on that thing at 172. My buddy has a Ducati. I rode it once and I'm never getting on a bike again. You're crazy. When I get my turbo kit I'm gonna race the Ducati for fun...and lose.

New Yorkers
The band I'm going for is on stage at 5:30. I will most likely already have stage passes when I get to the venue. I just talked to a friend of mine who suggsted the subway since apparently theres a large body of water between Queens and Central Park...who knew. It is 7 and some odd miles total distance. Assuming I already have passes and I take golf carts as far as I can then sprint to a subway/cab to both events pure travel time will be like what? 30 minutes? an hour? more?

Damn Kids
I have motion triggered flood lights for my porch. I WILL paintball anyone who tries that and most of the neighborhood kids know it and don't screw around

New Yorkers
Anyone that lives in New York want to give me an estimate at how long it would take to drive by taxi from Central Park to Flushing Meadows (tennis stadium) on a Saturday Night @ 7pm? I refuse to miss a Tegan and Sara concert.
