well the scope has been on for 24 hours and the battery is still as strong.... i wonder just how long it lasts

notest on batter life yet but the original battery is still in it... a french 3.6 volt AA sized battery. i imagine a while. i ordered two so im good for a while. Mac Abrams > all guns (except 30mm depleted uranium and modern tank/artillery rounds) HEAT rounds = death....

sam you can buy parts to make your ak look like an m4/16.... not sure why you would want to though

Sam after i bu ythe next part it will be plastic looking .... im gettign a galil style cover for the foregrip, has a rail so i can put the vert grip on. then it will be all black... remember the AK47 was made in 1947, modeled off of the German MP40. The M4/16 is a lot newer.... AK is still the most produced, sold, and used gun in the world.

my dadand his friends, with their infinite knowledge.... put an AK on the range as a target... then opeed up on it. went out and got it.... put a mag in and it was just as it was before... just a few holes in the wood

m4/m16 also need to be cleaner to operate. AKs.... beat em up shoot them up burn them... they still work

lol sam dont knock it till you try. M4's/M16s are more accurate at higher rates of fire, but id rather (if i had to) use a 7.62 on someone over a .22 (or 5.56) in any case, sam go look up the prices on those.... i dont have $1000 for one yet. I am also in college so paying for stuff..... isn't fun

years ago (20 +) after watching predator, a few of my dads freidns went out side i ntheir back yard and emptied close to 10,000 rounds. non stop. one of them was also the one who keep his ar in his locker at school after seeing Red Dawn. They've been known to clear some trees

the russian and chinese ammo is steel core, that yellow box of "gold tiger" stuck to the magnet but i havent opened a round up. i've shot them before just never owned one. that US Army manual says it will do 40RPM on semi... i emptied 30 rounds in less than 5 seconds last time i shot, that was 5 years ago (paintball has brought that to about 23-24 rpm). it's a semi, autos are illegal in Delaware. the whole thing was $300 (not counting the ammo). I would love an SVD.... they are costly though

I have bought something with some stuff. not counting the price of that AP (Armor Piercing, steel core) ammo (yes that yellow box says lead core... why does it stick to a magnet then? I got $700 of stuff for $300 from a friend, just came off the boat after the ban was lifted. yes the scope is not the right one for this but it was free, its a Dragunov scope, 6X night time illuminating. i may be getting down there in december to help with any kind of clean up that i can but i was listening to you guys on a stream from a website. it's down now but it broadcast several of the emergency freqs military and police. i think there were a total of 5 at one time. but i was sitting here listening and at that time the guy talking on one of them sounded exactly like you.i dont rememebr anything else now. (like badge#, location, or subject)
