it took me like 5 minutes to log into steam :Dthere must be a lot of people trying to connect now :DOMG!!!!!!!!I was connected to steam before but my comp was going really slow so I restarted and now I can't connect to steam

i have a morning swim practice and i have to wake up at 430 AM, so this is almost perfect because I'm EST, i'm 1 1/2 hour late but i'll take it

and for those of you who think that because valve said they would release it early if the street date was broken, well, valve says a lot of things

it doesn't even matter that the street date is broken because you need to activate it online to be able to play, so i personally don't see what the problem is 8)

omg jimmy seriously ;)it is probably the greatest fps of all time, and halo 2 that was just released for xbox is just amazing, the first halo came out first only for xbox, but now a pc version is available, you should get the demo if you have no idea what it is 8)its a futuristic game, doesn't have "real" weapons, but plasma rifles and pistols and snipers and crap :wink:

good man paluch ;)if you are in to street racing at all you'll love this game, its better than all of those wannabe racing games like juiced (which was supposed to come out sometime in sept. except acclaim went bankrupt so now THQ will publish it in July D: ) and street racing syndicatemidnight club 3: DUB Edition is coming out sometime in January and is pretty much copying NFSU, but for some reason I don't think it will work. midnight club was more about crazy speeds, not realistic tuning, but it will still be fun 8)

nos is shorter to type than nitrous ;)plus, nos is the leading seller of nitrous, a lot more people use nos other than that NX crap

This new one has twice as many customization features as the one before, I think it is possible to make like 70 billion different kinds of cars D:I like how the need for speed series switched from ferraris and lambos to cars people drive everyday, for instance my brother has a ford mustang, and that car is gonna be in underground 2, so I have a feeling he is gonna completely rice it up ;)The new one is supposed to be a lot more realistic, except for the fact that during a race your nos can magically refill if you do a powerslide or find a shortcut or something like that :?

for all of you racing fans (and even those who aren't ) you should all check out the need for speed underground 2 demo this game is so amazing, not only are the graphics amazing but the game is just gonna be awesome, you really need to try it out for yourself the best feature in the demo is free-roam, which is just plain driving around in a city like the GTA series. Online Play is really fun too, there are way too many people out there who can't race though 8) If you have a nice graphics card like the 9800 or better, you could probably turn the settings up most of the way (if not, all) and it would just look beautiful. i have the 9600xt and am stuck playing it at 1024x768 with medium settings but it still looks seksy :wink: anyways, i recommend that all of you try this game out http://www.eagames.com/official/nfs/underground2/us/editorial.jsp?src=downloads#

for some project in school i have to find a Powerpoint presentation on the internet that uses some kind of cool feature or something, and I'm having trouble finding one :? if anyone knows where i can find a powerpoint presentation that would be much appreciated for the whole "cool feature" thing, the powerpoint simply has to have something interesting/unique about it, but i can't seem to find any powerpoints at all
