A way to practice with the new bots! 8) Start game * Choose "Create Server" * Options under "Server" tab * Choose your practice map or random * Check "Include CPU players" * Put number of bots (remember to set to odd # to include yourself) * Set Difficulty * Options under the "Game" tab * Set your game options and remember to put a PW in to keep follks out of your game * Then set the rest of the game settings * Options under "CPU Player Options" * Configure & start the game! :o You can practice offline with bots as long as you like! 8) Whatever settings you type in are then remembered by the game, even the Password, so you can play offline quickly from then on with a click of a button! NOTE: the bots can be REALLY annoying with the radio chatter...so unless you want to hear that almost continually, set the radio to "minimal!" :wink:

I saw this this morning: "The official Counter-Strike Bot will be released for Counter-Strike: Source on Monday (January 17th). The Bot features enhanced abilities and will be available for all owners of Counter-Strike: Source." Does this mean i will be able to play the maps and practice them offline? :?:

Pitylak and Trotter are ranked by SpamHaus.org has ranked the pair as running one of the top five spam operations in the world. :shock: The suit charges the pair with using misleading subject lines in email and making numerous misrepresentations in the body of the email. According to the Dallas Morning News, Texas worked with Microsoft and software companies to set "spam traps" - email accounts established with the intent of collecting spam messages and tracking down the source. I've only been playing the game a few days, is there an FAQ somewhere that will give me rules, tips and the like? I already have a few qustions: 1. Does using the silencer cause less damage or accuracy? 2. Is there a reason folks don't plant the bomb ASAP? 3. I know aiming for the head is preferable, but do you do any damage aiming for legs, etc. not covered with armor? 4. Is there a spreadsheet or something that shows exactly how much damage a weapon will do on an armored opponent?
