I dont think its outrageous to be opposed someone from building a mosque at a cite where thousands of people died due to islamic extremists, but I do like the point of acceptance. I donno. I guess I stand opposed but ok if it happens.

Don't get me wrong, I agree completely that most Muslims aren't like that. Some of my closest friends are Muslims and they aren't running around killing people or anything. I understand they are extremist. But they still claim to do things in the name of Islam, thus building a mosque there would be a sort of victory for them.

But Shotty, that's not really a good point, because they claim to do stuff in the name of Islam. Al Qaeda is an islamic group. Sure, they're fanatics and most Muslims don't think like they do, but they still label themselves as an Islamic group. I would agree with you if it weren't so... The second point, you're probably right.
