Hmm, maybe we should rename this thread to "Ghetto Computer Mods"

So my wireless internet reception at my house has been poor for a while, but since I didnt have to deal with it much, being at college most of the time, I didnt really take the time to tweak it. But since I am home for the summer, I cant stand it being so horrible. I have an external USB wireless adapter thing, so I can move it around, and various positions have been successful from time to time, but I never found anything reliable. So I looked into it today, and saw on wikihow that you can put a CD or mirror behind the antenna to reflect the signal back... so I said, oh, what the hell, I'll try that. Lo and behold, my goes from 0-1 bar, about 1 - 5.5 Mbps, to 2 bars, 11 - 24 mbps, just like that. And it actually holds the signal now! Gad, it would depend on how long you had the account. I think it is what, $15 a month with a free month of play when you first get the game (which costs $20 plus $20 for the expansion.) So we are looking at about $200 for the first year and then about $180 for each year after that. I have been playing for about 3 months now and have gotten a priest to level 70 with just a bit of good gear and a rogue to 49 with good gear considering his level. So really it depends on the person playing. But still, even if he has been playing for 5 years that is under $1k, so that is a lot of profit, which I suppose is justified because the person playing had to spend time getting all of that stuff. Talked to someone a few weeks ago who was thinking about quitting and had his account estimated between $3k and $4k

Im coming to the end of my freshman year at the University of Alabama. Im doing computer science with a minor in math. Im in Cal2 right now and we have pretty much just been doing integrals the whole semester. I hate integrals now... so tired of them. Anyways, Im looking to go into programming. Yeah I chose to get a 80gb Zune 2 for Christmas. A friend of mine got the Touch. The touch really looks nice, but it doesnt have enough storage for me really. Plus I don't endorse Apple

Matador, I have a pair of those Sony's now. They are great. They block out sound very nicely. I have had them for around 2 years I think, and haven't really had any complaints. I kinda like the behind the neck design because you can just have them hanging from your neck when you arent using em or whatever. They sound very good to me and are comfy in the ears, sometimes I feel like they arent even in there.

Played it, I recommend trying some techno on it I played some Cascada on it, it got pretty crazy. Eye of the Tiger is fun too, because it has big bumps on the bass parts I didn't buy it, donno if I will, but it is definately a good new idea
