  1. that's Rammstein - "Te Queiro Puta" and just an FYI those clips are all from 5v5 scrims/matches, so me taking out even 3/5ths of the other team is decent.
  2. I haven't been here in a while, but I thought some of you might get a kick out of this. Once upon a time someone here was nice enough to make a "skill" movie for me, and recently, I have taken up video editing CSS movies as a hobby. So here is my first compiled attempt. Please be ruthless, as i know you all will! Click here to watch First-Attempt-at-CSS-movie-making
  3. if anyone would like a pdf version of this book, pm me for more information
  4. Tell your mom that if you don't get it, then you will start liking men. Like Basald.

Aww basald you're such a sweetheart, making a skill video like that for me! For the future, i suggest you use HLTV to record, or have me do the recording for you, cause when you spectate someone you have to keep in mind that you have their ping PLUS your ping before you see what they do. Just an idea :sorry: :sorry: OH and the music is a nice touch, but for an accurate portrayal, ingame sound should be included
  8. I use 1 only because I am planning on competing in the CPL Winter 2005 with a local Chicago team, and the cpl gui does not allow 0
  9. cl_smooth "0" cl_interp "0.009900990099009900990099009900990099" cl_interpolate "1" cl_rate "20000" cl_cmdrate "101" cl_updaterate "101" rate "25000" I have no such problems whatsoever. This viedo was made with default settings, which I do not suggest anyone to use. If you don't believe me, load these settings into console, then play with some bots on a server and try it for yourself.

I just tried to set mine up, but it doesnt seem to work right, any suggestions? NM Got it!
  12. If anyone would like to test out our server which is set to ticrate 100 - pm me for ip and password
  13. well, i think everyone should use cl_cmdrate 101, cl_updaterate 101, cl_rate 20000 and rate 25000 - those seem to be what work best for most people. i didn't change my rates from that, and everything works fine for me.
  14. We just raised the ticrate on our private server to 100 and it is a shot registering BEAST now. Everything hits, and counts.. as it should! Just add "-ticrate 100" hell even just "-ticrate 66" (default is 33) to the command line for the server to register better, then reboot the server. That's all it takes since you own your own box! Give it a try and see! Ticrate just determines how much CPU usage there is, and most high end Source server companies are offering it now. Hope it helps! -scratchy
