Well, after losing over 400 points many pins, dog tags and a silver star, I'm finally on track. :thumbsup: I ran out of steam last night or I would have had 2500 points. Unfortunately it's back to work for me. I have the unlocks for support and the 1 unlock mg for it.

Well, I finally am getting my ranks and my points seem to be sticking also. But, I had to go in delete my soldier and then create it again. They were working okay as of last night, but I havent been on yet today. I still ended up losing over 400 points, dogtags and a silver star. For me thats a lot because I very rarely get a silver star. :thumbsup:

I'm sorry TH, but that doesn't cut it with me. BF2 never had a rank and stat problem like this. EA knew this was going to be a very popular game and we were all waiting for it to come out. They knew we would buy it, and they knew it still had it's problems, but they still released it. I mean come on, they saw how many people played the Beta, so they did have a clue. What I find really suspicious is, the Beta didn't let you rank up. So, what does that tell you about the ranks and stats??? That EA knew there was a problem and they were still working on that problem when they released the Beta! They just knew they were going to make all this money off of us and they didn't care if the bugs were worked out or not. All they saw was green!!!! I know I'm ranting, but I'm really frustrated with EA. I also know that I'm not the only one suffering, but that doesn't seem to make it any better. I'm not really in it for the stats, but this game relies on stats to get weapons etc. What makes it hard is everyone now has the better weapons and being stuck with the basics = for a very frustrating game. I just wish EA would get a fix on this issue. But, look how they fixed BF2!!! Yeah, I should have boycotted this game, cuz they never fixed BF2 and promised that too. They saw another game and how to make more money off of us. I actually was going to buy the other copy I had reserved, but not anymore. I wouldn't waste any more of my hard earned money!!!!

5 Stats. The fact that I played up to 750 points and got only 2 unlocks up to there then all of a sudden they all ranked up in one game. Some players were light years ahead by now with all kinds of gizmos while I had none but nades and sprint. EA knew there was a constant problem in BF2 with this especially on weekends but they did NOTHING to prepare for this new game. Horrible support. I guess it's all about spending as little as possible to get the game out and hope people don't complaing too much and if they do just ignore them. Yeah, this is how I feel too. Makes the game no fun when you are outmatched in weapons. Heck, I still can't even get the grenades to throw!!! My 7 key doesn't work. It's getting more than a little annoying for me. I'm hoping all this gets worked out, cuz I don't look forward to playing the game when I get out of work. Normally I go home and shoot and kill people and then go to bed. Makes me sleep better at night. I just want to have fun, and right now it's not fun for me. Reading the forums, I am not the only one having these problems, but it still doesn't make it any better.

Okay, played again today after I built my points up to 489, and guess what??? I was back down to 353!!!!! So, it was suggested to me to delete my soldier and then recreate it. I did, so if that doesn't work then I don't know what I will do. I might stop playing this stupid game until they get it fixed. What's pissing me off is, now everyone has enough unlocks to continue to kill me, and I'm still stuck with the stupid useless basic weapons. I'm getting really frustrated. My dog tag kills haven't showed up either. I'm hating EA with a passion right now.

Well, I just got my 1 rank up. But, I'm lacking 250 points yet, and I got a silver and it didn't record that. Chances are that will probably be my only time I ever get one, and of course its not recorded. I did get my one unlock thank god. But I missing my knife kills and other pins also. According to the forums, this is not uncommon and a lot of people are experiencing the same thing. Now I have a question on the grenades. It is listed under abilities. I can't just pick 1-6 on weapons and throw it? I have to go back in under abilities to throw a grenade? That just doesn't make sense to me. Way to go EA. It just makes me not want to play the game even more now. I've had very little time to play it, and now that I play, I'm experiencing all these problems. This just makes the game no fun. So, I guess I'll wait until tomorrow to see if I get my 250 points back. If not then I'll really blow!!!!!

Okay, What's the deal with the ranks not upgrading and not being able to get the unlocks? I'm starting to get pissed off about this. Last night I played until 3AM got no unlocks and my score was like 463. I get on today, I'm still same rank and my score is back down to 315! This is bull!!! Everyone else is getting their unlocks and ranks and I've got no weapons ! How is a girl supposed to kill you guys anyways??? Anyways, EA better look into this fast, cuz I'm not a happy camper so far. The game is fine, but the bugs in the ranking and unlocks, and scores is not!! Rule #1 Don't piss off Wolfey!!!!

Hey, thats a good idea.then all the guys that have all those high points and ranks can't keep killing us!! Naw, I guess we shouldn't restrict our server. Then Gator, Impact, and Sharp won't be able to play with us.

You guys kill me. Just tell her that you need some time on the computer to relax. She will understand. Better yet, just say, look I work hard for a living and if I want to game with the guys I'm gonna. If that doesn't work, I'm sure asking her to go cook or something, or to bring you a beer will help you out! j/k. I'm sure at this point your wives understand why you guys just need to go play your silly little games on the computer.

I broke down and dl it from EA downloader. I called Gamestop and they said it appears to be on schedule to be delivered between 1:30 PM - 2:30PM. Then he proceeded to tell me they would have to unload the truck, and I might have to wait until after 4:30 PM to pick it up. I'm fed up, so I said screw it, I'm going with the flow and dl it off of EA. I'm sure that's what EA wanted anyways. I think EA has gotten too big for their britches. If we had all decided to not order or buy the game, they would have been SOL. Instead we are all scrambling to get the game because EA pulled a fast one on all of us. Now who looks like fools?? Certainly not EA. Now with all the spyware they have on the game, I'm giving EA the one up on us all. Way to go EA. They succeeded in making something that was suppsed to be fun, exciting and anticipated and made it a very stressfull situation for all. Just think of all the copies that would have been on the shelves and what the price would have been if we did boycott EA!!!!!

Good, cuz I'm downloading it from the EA loader and didn't want to have to dl and install a patch too. I get out of work at 6PM, so I can go home and play hopefully by 7PM.
