Well, we dont want to get a game that gets dull *cough*World of Warcraft!!!!*cough*.

1: Half-Life (this includes all the mods that come with it) 2: Unreal Tournament (including all mods) 3: Star Craft (still holds up to all recent RTS games) 4: World of Warcraft (i may hate it now, but when you have 4.5+ subscribers... well they must be doing SOMETHING right) 5: Gran Turismo 4 (the best driving sim out there... sure there are more realistic ones, but none done to the scale of GT4)

i was thinking about "aquiring" a copy to see if its worth a buy, but i dont want to bottleneck my connection for the next day or two, so ill just see wheather or not guildwars costs less next week. so, anyone whos played both, please... your opinons?

Fable is on the PC now? i need to stay up to date.

yeah, it should have been some crazy insane physics puzzles. would have been a nice break from combine popping.

sometimes i like thom yorke of radiohead. somtimes i like Plant from Zep, or even Raine Maida from OLP. dunno really. Chris is good, but his voice never changes, and can really hurt an album.

Hmmm, good idea actually. i just scrapped the one i was working on, because after a test run, i realized it would take far too long, and needs a full house game for it to be worth anything.

i think its alot more fast paced now that they have simpified everything. maybe more gameplay elements that were never in the original game, because its more or less a port/exapansion then anything else. still a great game, maybe not worth what their asking for right now, but its still a good time.

yeah ive been wondering the same thing. i need a good laugh, and something to tie me over till i can find my PS2 controller.

i'd wish to controll everything carbon based. oh, and that camera is for those insane graphic artists who have: a)too much money b)very nice clients with one of those beasts, landscapes would be b-e-a-utyful. :o

Doesnt even run on my laptop, im about 100ghz short of godlyness. Played it on r5a's comp, runs great. So anyways, its an amazing game, the best thing about the new game is that they revamped the controlls, which made it alot better then the original. Definatly going to be saving all my money for a new comp so i can play the game at home and in peace.

well basicly photoshop lives off the fact that their programs are pirated so much. most people cant afford to buy the program to start learning how to use it, and because their trial is only 30 days long people wont want to invest the vast amounts of money for a program that might be over their head. with out the priating of the program, there wouldnt be the graphics community that there is now. also the influx of graphics designers and such are keeping adobe alive, so with out the pirating adobe can say goodbye to a market 5-10 years from now.

yeah if you havent heard, FA is very close to no longer existing in the minds of the masses. kind of sad, but hey i guess its time to move on... to DoD:S

yeah, ive drawn out a pretty intense map layout, and done some of the basic basic basic geometry for it in the dev textures, and ill convert that to the DoD:s FDG when its released, with all the HDR textures and entities. im so psyched to work with some new textures.

most people here in canada (maybe its just toronto) arent ready to get into something so intense, so paintball is alot easier. paintball has also been mainstream for ages, so i doubt it'll ever totaly die, or let airsoft into the mainstream. airsoft also looks alot harder to get into, rather then paint ball because you usually know atleast one person whos done it, or does it.

yeah, im really feeling the gap in the mod world for a huge intense deathmatch game where every kill feels like christmas. this game is fun though, could be more fast paced, and a little more intense however.

Click Here Ive been playing this for a little while, and i have to say its a damn fun mod. Its diverse, lots of different ways to play, even though theres only one map, i havent even gotten bored of all the possibilities (spelling sucks i know). go take a look, by far the best Mod for HL2 right now (not a whole lot of competition, cept maybe garry's mod).

just for this, im taking the IHKA out of my sig. PJ is the epitome of modern awsomeness.

PNG transparency only works on firefox i think. gif works, but tends to kill quality.

ive also heard stories that the leves were only build to stand up to C3 hurricanes, not for the C5s that are possible in such an area (large body of warm water).
