I unlocked the L85A1 and it sucks unless you sniping and even then you have to hit the person 4-6 times to take them down. Not a very good gun by no means.

Same here alot of the WC servers are pinging really high now since I patched. This whole situation is a nightmare.

Well I'm still having problems all the WC servers don't show and once I uncheck same version they show in red and i can't log on to them. I'm curious if anyone knows the reason why they arn't updated yet? Also I'm curious if anyone has heard anything about when EA < is going to let private servers be ranked if ever? The whole situation with not letting private servers be ranked has really left a bad taste in my mouth. I had visions of us TAC members having squads and just rocking peoples world with our superior team work and intesive FPS background. EA " BF2 will be a game that you and others or your clan can emerse in squad type battles etc. etc." Me " " EA " Players will be ranked on their performance in battle(s)." Me " " So far it's a very difficult task to get even a few of us on the same server and not only that, but it's been rare. I'm venting because I know this game can be alot better without EA's involvment. They are taking all of these measures to ensure BF2 doesn't get hacked or whtever. Well What about all of their other games like C&C Generals with the expantion? I stoped playing that game because of all the hacks that had been easly proven yet nothing was done about it. That is one game I know for sure from EA that has been just riddled with cheating. I don't see any reason why their other games arn't the same way. I don't choose to cheat personly I just want to have fun and play the game the way it's supposed to be played. I'm sure most of people that play FPS's feel the same way. I know ranting doesn't solve anything so any ideas on what we can do as a Clan to resolve our issue of NOT BEING RANKED!? I was chatting with Gator a day after BF2 came out about the issue at hand. Gator mentioned something about writing a letter/ e-mailing EA with our concerns and maybe a proposal of allowing an EA admin to have access to the Armory server anytime they want to check up on us. To me that is an outstanding idea and am all for it. I'm done with ranting on and on about this just wanted to bring up my thoughts on the situation.

I patched Bf2 this morning but didn't play right after. I go to play this evening and in the list of ranked are only UK and a few U.S. server with super high pings. What happened to all EA West Coast and the 25+ server with a ping of 50ms or less? I'm not liking this patch so far.

Considering the diffrent kit's i play I doubt I'll care much after next rank. I heard the points it will take are insane. I'm talking years of play to get the top rank. I'm happy with a couple/few diff kit weapons unlocked. I do enjoy getting rewarded for a job well done. I can't seem to get any other medals besides gold,silver and bronze though. hmmmm

No idea what my rank is. I bet it's in the thousands .... . I just broke 5k global last night. I'm now around 5300 global points. Most of the time I get on a .... sorry to say **** team that doesn't do nothing to help any of us. Once in awhile i can get a good squad going and we get a little bit of help from the rest of the team. Hard to find a random server with good players to form a squad. I read in the File Planet forums that once corpral you get two weapons unlocks ontop of your current one. The source said he knows that for sure. Who knows I certainly don't. The source also mentioned that theres another way to get weapons unlocked but he didn't know for sure. He just may very well be a smacktard....I don't know. Let us know Kak how many weapon unlocks you get. Would be nice to beable to get a full squad of us TAC going on a ranked server. That was my plan coming into this game. EA really pissed in my tea on that idea. They should be punished dearly for their hostile takeover.

I have air defence badge and a ribbon. It was soooo fun I sat in the stinger site the entire round. I had like 20+ kills from the stinger site. I haven't had that much luck since. I have yet to earn a diff medal besides gold,silver and bronze. What about you guys?

The stationary stingers cost me a BH full of punishments as i was firing at an attack chopper that was trying to shoot the BH (friendly) down. I sat there afterwards in amazement then was banned after the 5th punish...... sniffle stingers can be your worst nightmare. I'm curious if certain choppers have more of a heat signiture then other? Anyone know for sure?

I have Windows 2k professional and works fine. Just aslong as it's built on a 32bit system or higher and NT tech. I scared aswell when i read that it required XP. Another small detail is that I'm running with Nvidea FX5200 graphics card....... waay below system requirements. I admit everything is turned off and on lowest setting for videa though. Still looks great but could be better. I just don't have the money to upgrade. I'm running a 1.5 gigs of ram to help muahahahahahah! :peace:

I"m thinking of playing the role of support/machine gunner and ammo resupply. I've been playing all roles lately trying them out. I think i'd also consoder anti tank aswell. I noticed that the apc's and tanks will quickly turn the turrent in direction of anti tank missile. I keep dying after one shot off. I guess i'm not to good at it. Anyways for some reason i've been doing ok with support lately. 10 / 4 there little buddy

I called Walmart they said it's in route via UPS so not getting it tonight at midnight. Gamesoft says inroute via UPS aswell. So most likely Tuesday I'm thinking depends on the UPS.

Wht was strange was i wasn't even playing on the armory server nor was I kicked for tking night before. I don't know how to find out my IP adress either. I just wanted to talk about it if it was one of the admins. TY for unbanning me DH. I'm calling WM tomm. to find out if they will allow people to get a copy of BF2 from the back at midnight. Well i know for sure it's not accidental considering what needs to be done to ban someone and I know for a fact i wasn't banned from teamkilling. So whoever banned me be a man and tell me why I'm banned. I'm more then irritated and I can't think of a reason i'm banned more then someone doesn't like me. <TAC> lagnhard

I learned how to zoom in while in comm. mode today also if you drop supplies next to artillery,UAV console and radar they will repair on their own. Early this morning I chose to command and didn't have one single team kill. Silly imagrants were trying to kick me out but i was doing a superb job. Some squad leaders commented on my kick ass performace and noticed the non team killing arty attacks i reaped on the enemy. I found it very simple to not kill my own m8tes. Egineer does help alot aswell specialy if you have a tank to sit in across the runway behind the console. Mining the usual routes of entry to the artillery guns help beat down the initial attack aswell. Thought I'd add my two cents on the matter. <TAC> lagnhard

Well i've done the dirty flawlessly and BTW works in multiplayer aswell. Some waay better weapons... I took out a pilot with the **** cannon... I'm a dip**** when it comes to comps so i know most of you can do it aswell <TAC> lagnhard
