Hi everyone. You may not know it but I am somewhat of a writer on preventative and natural healthcare. Just wanted to gauge people's interest. I was wondering if you'd be interested in me dropping some of the articles I write into the forum?

If not I will continue to verbally harass all forum members.

Dont get me wrong, I like cheetos and mountain dew, but it never hurts to learn more about being healthy. I feel I am in good health given my job and all but more is better!!
I have been taking Chantix, or something like that, to help me stop smoking. So far it is doing the trick.

Lemme put it this way...

I wouldn't mind hearing more about health, and easy things people can do to stay healthy, but I can't stand when people start shovin' health down my throat. I don't think you're that way, Doc. I hope not.

So let's hear it.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not a zealot. To me it's a huge turn off to have someone pushing something down my throat. I don't live or practice that way.

Health extremism has made us all believe we have to be perfect or else. I merely provide options. With knowledge we each can make educated choices for ourselves and our families.

Sadly, the mainstream media doesn't cover alot of what I'm planning on talking about. Small changes on how we live our lives can yield huge health benefits.

What I'm more interested in is giving people the real dirt on what they can do prevent major illnesses, the stuff beyond "diet and exercise." How to control cholesterol naturally, cancer prevention, weightloss, controlling inflammation, you name it.

I'll start posting on it next week. Let me know what you think.

Sounds good Doc. I'm still really young compared to the majority here, but it won't hurt me to learn some more things about how to keep and improve health.
Gator should make a health section in the forums LOL.

Whats wrong with being healthy or knowing more about your health, i think its a great idea. :klinked:
I think that it would be a great idea to have a health subsection in the forums. Like tips what to do when u get sick with certain things also first aid maybe even CPR. Good things to know
