Why are you tripping ,its fcc/government/state notification, back in the day when TV was the medium they would do a test of the emergency broadcast system, you still here it on the radio, "this a test this is only a test" now that

 

98% of the pubic has a cell phone this is the new broadcast medium , to inform the public of a emegency, time change thats all.AARRGGGG

What the hell is up with the emergency broadcast network. That damn thing ruins my TV watching and didn't activate during 9/11. I say we scrap it and start piles of tires on fire when there's an event.
