Sure, i'll help, i just got the game, but no one has guided me thru the game to learn how to play, they just tell me to follow the things on the map. It's a cool game but, kinda hard to understand and it sucks when they kill u from a long distance with two shots. Well, i do encourage people to get the game, that way we can all have a fun time together. I've seen that ETQW is TEAMWORK , something we do not see in COD4, or at least not something you see every day, the most you see is backup or people use you as a bait or otherway around (lol), and thats not teamwork. Hopw that people that did like BF2142 gets this game, u have medics, walkers, tanks, helis, airtstrikes and so on. It's kinda of a good game when you get to know it a lil better (i hope ).

Hey premium. If you ever want to role out together in ETQW I'd be happy to guide you through the basics. I'm not the greatest in the game by far but I have a lot of it down. Just have to work on my aim a bit. :cool:

I can show the main lines of traffic through the maps and some of the strategies that work best for a few of the classes.

 

I'm usually on in the afternoons and anytime on Wed/thurs. I'm not sure what the time difference is between here and El Salv. Maybe an hour or two? We should friend in game. It would be easier.

The server rating is dropping severely.

So far, I have only played counter strike source with it, no overclock, and it runs it at 60-90fps with all settings turned up to the max. I had a score of about 59fps on the stress test at 1280 x 1024 all settings max.

 

I will say, it is quite a bit more difficult to overclock then my last abit mobo, uguru makes it so much easier. This one, I am going to have to do it all from the bios it seems. I did get an overclock from 1.8gHz to 2.5gHz very easy at stock voltage but I didn't lock up the pci bus yet, so I need to go into bios and lock up a few modifiers before I can continue. Already, that is a damn nice overclock though if I do say so myself. On all the overclock forums, going off other overclocks, I should be able to get this cpu to about 3.2GHz at 1.4V.

Tilgado. I've tried several times to get games started on the armory ETQW server but it never seems to work. Sorry, man. never anyone in there.

Ok Tilly, I got some good news for ya. This thing overclocks good. If you get this mobo, don't trust the mem spd auto adjustment, I found out about 45 minutes ago that was screwing me all up. I adjusted it manually to keep it at 800mhz and everything has been great since. Don't install easytune either, just do all overclocking via the bios, it will save you lots of headache.

 

After doing this overclock to 3ghz, the CS:S stress test is running at 195fps which makes me think that I was doing something wrong earlier because my previous stress test was at 59fps. I didn't change anything on source though, so that is a head scratcher. I only bumped the cpu voltage up to 1.35V. Stock is at 1.325 and I am getting it to run at 3.0ghz.

 

This cooler is awesome too. After running prime95 for awhile, the cpu went up to 115F, after I shut it off, in about 30 seconds it was back down to 88F, and this room I am in is warm too.

 

I am not done with this overclock either. I couldn't seem to change any of the memory timings, loosening them up even and the computer just wouldn't post, so I am doing something wrong there. I should be able to get my mem to 4-4-4-12, it is running at 5-5-5-18.

 

This is the memory I used too, it is supposed to overclock alot better, although I haven't had any luck, but I know I am doing things wrong now too. It is better than the wintec ampo

So anyway, all I bought was that xfx geforce 8800 gs for $130 but I have the $30 refund so $100 total, 2 gigs of that firestix at about $55, the cpu at $70, the mobo at $90, the cooler at $25, shipping for it all bumped it up almost $30 so $370 total.

 

I reused an old hdd, dvd burner, case and I would have used an old power supply if it didn't crap out on me but thank god it did because I justified getting all this stuff hehe.
