HL2 has been delayed to April 2004....... again, this suks in my opinion since thats the game i'm waitin 4 the most...... I hate valve but i agree if u want a good game u have 2 wait but damn thats 2 long!!!!!!!! *satrts crying* can u believe that??????? now until it comes out i'm permantly depressed :x :x :evil: :evil:

Either way I will continue playing Firearms since I consider it the best mod ever created even if HL 2 is superior I will always play firearms since its where I spend most of my time n HL 2 will not change that..... never.

its because sombody stole 1/3 of the source code it would be easy to make cheats and aimbots if u had it and half life 2 would have even more cheats than say cs

Yeah u're rite but is just that when i saw it I was really pissed but then I actually read it and noticed that 2... we don't want a hell lot of cheats in HL 2.

it would have most likly been out my x-mas if they hadnt taken it.now everybody has it and it would be ridiculus to play cause the cheats would easily pass most cheat detectionsad part isthe kid that stole it probably cant even understand the code but a few ppl will and there lies the problem

hacks dont work that way ppl dont usually want to ruin a game they usually just want to kill everyonebut they give it to a friend who puts it on teh net and now everybody has it and the game gets ruined diablo 2 is a perfect example of this

Gabe Newell said in an interview that Hl2 will PROBALY NOT be delayed because of this source code crisis....

gamespot has been idiots in the past...they said back about a couple of years that Valve wouldn't be making a sequal due to their sudden bankrupcy.

I really don't trust gamespot at all...for anything. Stick with www.planethalflife.com for top notch Hl2 info and www.gamespy.com for game info....

same here, I would've jumped on any hl2 beta out there...but they're fake...ask a friend of mine who's got a month grounded off the computer because he found one and downloaded it...and it install literally thousands of gay porn stuff on his computer.His parents were so pissed...
