Hey Don.

I do agree that Sourcemod has more customization than Mani due to functions loaded via module. However, for our purposes currently, Mani does everything we need. I haven't yet run into a situation where I must have Sourcemod, so I will stick with the easier interface to help make it easier for our clan, well, for now anyway :D . Besides, modules can be created for Mani if you really want and have the time to do it.

I am very hesitant to remove Mani right now. I have spent well over 100 hours of time (low estimate, considering last years mod server) configuring and using Mani over a metamod shell. I have mixed and matched so many different configurations that I could enable VIP, a Halo-esque mod, customizable powerups via old HL2 Deathmatch mode in CS:S without even uploading a single file to the client. Now that is speed :D :) . The current configuration package is only around 10MB zipped :D and it is all server side except for one file, a 26KB Armory logo which gets uploaded to all clients once. If you blink your eyes, you won't even know anything was downloaded :p
