November 6, 200322 yr man after my own heart!i have no spare monitors, so I had to use a TV as my secondary monitor. still works just as well, and as a bonus, I can use a gadget from Radio Shack and broadcast that TV's A/V to any other TV in the house. (ie: download Kill Bill, press play, go to the big screen downstairs and watch!)

November 7, 200322 yr So, this is multi-tasking taken to the extreme. It is so he can open a (ex.) help file, while writing a little program, and chating with his friends. Each viedo card takes a different job.One question, Doesn't this, or can it, overload the processor?ok another question... How do you asign different tasks to each moniter and, or how do you switch? That is one sweet set up. I'll take that extra moniter!
November 7, 200322 yr -going54]i dont get it whats the point of hooking up lots of moniters? No Luke, he meant irrationally, you gave him a litteral answer.

How do you asign different tasks to each moniter and, or how do you switch? That is one sweet set up. I'll take that extra moniter! if it's like mine, and most others I've seen, then it's actually just one really big workspace. you can drag your mouse from the right to the left, onto the next monitor, to the left, etc etc etc... so you'd just move whatever windows you want to whatever monitors you want
November 8, 200322 yr DUDE! is that true KFA?!? that is insane! You probably have to aline the video cards up correctly. I want on. I want one.
