my daughter fell down stairs today at school and hit her head, back, knee. done ct scans and nothing broke. they say she is OK just wake her up every two hours and ask her name were she is what day it is and so on. she cant remember what happen and when we tell her 10 15 min later she ask again. just doesn't seem right to me. going to family doctor tomorrow.
Sorry to hear that Heavy. Make sure to keep waking her up, her falling into a coma wouldn't be good at all. As for the memory, it could and mostly like be bruising of the cerebrum which effects memory and intelligence and is probably from the fall, but check with a doctor just to be safe! :D

no she don't want to miss school. she had perfect attendance until now. she is 21 out of 154 in her class

Glad she is doing better.

A concussion is not easy, my son had this too at home down the stairs to his room when he was 12 or 14 years old we have called the ambulance to go to hospital even if no was not serious = worth more there just to go for something very serious!

Egidio.
