I spent some time talking to an EA "live" help chat to try and fix my Battlefield 3. It wouldn't launch the game after the recent update from last week. After about 10 minutes, mostly waiting on the person to reply back with help/answers I was able to fix the problem. Then they gave me a 15% off coupon that expires in 30 days. lol (:

 

I guess if you guys want 15% off coupon, just spend 5 minutes with them and if you don't have a "real" problem with any games... make one up and get a coupon.
