**** UPDATE: 03/05/2013 @ 01:47PM ET ***

We are still experiencing issues with TeamSpeak's phone-home servers shutting down customer servers. We are working with Teamspeak Systems GmbH to get this resolved. We will post details back when we have further information. At this time we have our monitoring systems automatically restarting any servers which are shut down by Teamspeak in an attempt to keep as many customers online as possible.

 

**** UPDATE: 03/05/2013 @ 12:30PM ET ***

TeamSpeak's phone home servers are not allowing us to start all of our customers servers back online because of "started too many times in a certain time period". We are working to get TeamSpeak to lift this artificial limit.

 

**** UPDATE: 03/05/2013 @ 09:00AM ET ***

Due to this maintenance event taking longer than anticipated we have extended the maintenance window until 11AM ET. At this time all services in Dallas have been updated and are online and stable. Services in other locations may still be effected.

To ensure the security and reliability of our network and services LightSpeed Network Operations will be performing security updates and operating system upgrades to our network and infrastructure on Tuesday Mar 5th 2013. TeamSpeak 3 servers will also be updated to 3.0.7. During this time period our physical servers will be rebooted resulting in a 5-10 minute outage for your voice services. Your voice servers will be unavailable during this time.
