In order to work, you need to have the uplink port on the hub connected to a LAN port on the router and the uplink switch set to X (Crossover)My setup has my DSL modem connected to a 4 port hub, then one connection from there goes to the WAN port of my router (the other goes to my web server, with a different IP address) and from the router it goes to another 8 port hub to the computers.
Hub-s and routers usually don't cause runtime errors in programs. This must be related to your computer software or settings. Is there some additional text in error message besides error91? And most important - what OS do you have? Also what kind of connection -dial-up, dsl, cable, etc ? Do you have a new connection or was it working ok before you connected the router? And what is the exact type of your router?Warning: Answering to all this questions does not quarantee solution to you problem!
well it might be because you didnt get any software with it. Maybe you should try going online at someone elses house and downloading the drivers, then putting em on a disk. I dont know if it'll work, but its worth a shot.
