Kestral has not gone beyond self-promotion so far :peace: I am playing on European servers with latency 20-70 for me. Anything over 100 and you even don't see what kills you. Not quite, both modes have their good sides. I prefer ns tho but co is also fun, especially at later stages when horde of onoses clash with phalanx of heavy armor.

You damn right! This is what gives you real adrenaline. Move in teams. Cover you six. Listen to comm. Cap resources. Build defences and gates. Plan and coordinate your attacks. In NS any FA single rusher is not worth a skulk poo.

Yee! Let's get naturally selected (by onos most probably) I have even stopped playing FA because of NS. The worst thing tho is that there is no descent commanders on pubs and most of rines always go rambo and end as alien fodder. And I suck as alien. I am glad to join you too, just give IP and date. BTW any idea who is playing NS under name [TAC]SittingBull? Is he related to Armory? Seen him couple of times on european servers.

Pwned big time, indeed! It remainded me some security camera footage I saw in American Dumbest Criminals. There some idiot also wanted to rob some store and put paper bag over his head but forgot to cut eye-holes in it so he went blind and knocked over a couple of shelves and was busted.

OMG, it's the third time someone asks "where did you get your nick" on this forum! My nick actually is just plain name (not mine). I used to think that this is name of some crook from "The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly" but I was wrong. That crooks' name was Bill not Phil. So I am searching for new nick right now.

Well, my name comes from big screen. A spaghetti western "The Good The Bad and The Ugly" with Clint Eastwood. There was a crook named Phil Carson. He really did nothing exept buring some treasure and dying after that leving others to fight over it. Bot somehow I liked that name, that's all. And I think screen name shoud be at least spellable so other palyers can call names on you more easily

Good news! They Hunger is the best mod for HL imho. Even as good as HL itself!

No, it is not sold as hack. It is a program which is ment to speed up windows applications. ALL applications but in its disclaimer there is clearly stated that you should not use it to run faster in games, ie cheat. Now make your own conclusions.

Try the usual sequence of remedies: - delete ClientRegistry.blob, reboot and steam should update itself - reinstall Steam and HL - reformat disk and reinstall Windows. One of them should work

Hm, they released the game itself over a month ago and they were selling it even long before that. And now they decided to release a demo. Why such bright idea didn't cross they mind _before_ the release of the game itself? Is there something wrong with the selling numbers or what? Just a thoughts of an old paranoid :mrgreen:

Capping is lame. Sniping is even more lame. Nades are spam. M79 is cheap. M82 is n00b weapon. Shotty is a /censored/ gun. Fam... NO!! I DID NOT SAY THAT WORD!!! Did I forgot something? Oh yes, heavy armor is something l33ts are definetely not wearing. So a conclusion - a REAL player goes to knife rush naked and never cappes. Agree? :mrgreen:
