My grandfather was upper level management at Eastern, so when he found out that they were trying to revive the airline nearly a year ago, he told everyone. So I figured I'd share it with you guys.

That is very cool.  My uncle was a mechanic in Miami for Eastern for many years in the 60's and 70's

That's cool, but I'm not seeing it. Is that the airline owned by Frank Lorenzo in the early-mid eighties?

He was and as far as I know he is not involved with the reboot.

Hmmm.. Me thinks he is the predecessor. And things like that don't change.

Frank Lorenzo broke up and sold airlines, not built them.
