June 18, 201510 yr FWIW, I think the hardcore mode is fixed. I've been 1 and 2-shotting people at 20-30 yards with my scoped shotgun as I regularly do in BF4. Fun! There's a new map pack out but it's not working yet on PC

June 18, 201510 yr I confirmed it, and it seems to be fixed. It now shows PLAYER HEALTH IN %60, which is hardcore. A little too late for some though.
