Yeah, I have maintenance here now. My living room is flooding from a cracked pipe. I asked if it would be a good time for a hot tub and he laughed. He is tearing out a wall right now. He is trying to get to a pipe. LOL

 

At least I don't have to pay for any of this.

    Well I got bad news, no hot tub. Good news though my carpet is drier then this morning when I woke up and no more water leaking.

     

    I might take a nap now. Watching them work made me tired. LOL

    Good thing it wasn't a leaking closet flange seal under the toilet.

     

    That would be smelly and gross.

    No lose of anything but a little time. Yeah no smells. The carpet cleaners did a good job and used an anti-microbial spray to further help.
