helper.exe issue

Featured Replies

I have been experiencing an issue regarding an error that randomly pops up while playing BF4.

While gaming, it seems like I hit the win key and then I get this error message on the page. I have to clik on OK in the message box then return to game. Not sure why this helper.exe interupts merandomly during gameplay. It sucks cause it will happen while in a fight, flying with a full chopper and causes me to mess up, so to speak.

Has any of you got any idea as to what this helper.exe is and how I may disable it? I get frustrated when it happens and causes me to quit the game.

And this page was no help

It seems to be related to my browser, Firefox. I have installed new browser, Chrome.

I'll test Chrome out. Hopefully that is all.

Patches are you hitting the win key on purpose or is it an accident?

Maybe disable it.

I am not accidentally hitting the win key. Also, it has not happened since I changed to Chrome browser.

It seems to be a known error with the Firefox browser.

(Chrome has that extention issue), but I never had the problem mentioned in either browser, kinda kookie .
