Axlerod
Last few nights have been rough with almost everyone having high pings. Support ticket was submitted. Around midnight the pings finally got back down to normal. I do not believe it is only our server however. There have been a growing number of complaints in the battlelog forums with server issues. Some players can not log in and some can not even find servers. Tune in tomorrow to see what happens. @midnight last night, server was fine finally. @today no idea. Using Chrome or IE11, pings do not show in battlelog. This is definitly an EA issue.

Axlerod
Tell EA to quit what ever it is they are doing. LOL When the server is undergoing an abnormally high ping, please do the following. Could you please ask the player(s) with these issues to download winMTR and fill in the IP address of the server? Please let it run for atleast 10 minutes. ( As administrator ) Download link: http://sourceforge.net/projects/winmtr Step 1: Fill in the IP address of the server (without any ports) Step 2: Click on start Step 3: Wait for 15 minutes Step 4: Click on Stop Step 5: Copy results to clipboard and paste them in this ticket.
