We experienced some issues with our current provider, so we switched to a new provider.  The new location is in Montreal, Canada, and most players so far reported better pings (except for me).  The new provider is giving us a 40-player server for less than what we were paying for  20 players.  Because we have already paid for a month in advance, I have asked them to transfer the funds to the Battlefield 4 server instead.  I am awaiting their answer.  :)

P.S.  The new server runs sweet, and I look forward to better games.
