April 8, 201610 yr For some time now, my "Task Bar" seems to have a mind of its own. I resize it to my liking, but then it goes and resizes its self without me touching it. I have looked for help with Win 7 in forums and Youtube, but I come up negative. Can some please help me with this issue?? Thank You.
