April 15, 20169 yr So from what I found is that the Resolution Scale is what makes the game pixelated or smooth looking, Cranking it down will make your video look bad and very pixelated. Going up with it makes it more smooth and uses more GPU power. Hope that shed some light on what it does. It affects the graphics, even if it is at Ultra.
