The game frequently disconnects and/or crashes within 2-3 minutes. It happens even without cheating death on.

Delete the blob file in your Steam folder and reupdate your steam.

ok ok i did it.But here's the thing.......Counterstrike and Team Fortress work perfectly fine and have no problems. But Firearms has been having problems for several weeks. Should I reinstall Firearms?

ok I redownloaded it but it is still doing thatWith all the FA servers it just disconnects without any warning for no reason.This only happens with Firearms not CS and TFC.

Good point.after opening up fa and it disconnects.Open up your console and read what is there.

cd doesnt auto update anymore(dont know why) but doesnt auto update anymore

Do this. Uninstall CD, and go to our downloads section and download the entire CD file and reinstall. Also, make sure it is running before you enter.

 

Let us know if you still have problems after this.

Its working now. I turned on cd after I turned on Steam. Its been working ever since. Thanks for all the help.
