Hey,

 

Unfortunately last night during the cancellation process on our service side it appears that the normal process had a incorrect date in place.

This resulted in a number of services being deleted.

 

We've restored all services at this point however if you own a Teamspeak or Minecraft service you will see them wiped.

 

In this case depending on which you own there are two things.

1. The Teamspeak services will be back to default however we do have internal backups from before this issue had happened and our development team are looking to get the restores back in place as quickly as possible so it will return to normal.

 

2. Minecraft services unfortunately appear to have been fully deleted including the backups that are stored. In this case please contact support and suitable compensation will be provided.

 

We will be working through the next few days to get these restored as quickly as possible and have service time placed onto your account for this happening.

 

In the mean time if you require an admin token to run the Teamspeak you can find that by logging into Clanforge and navigating to the service dashboard where you can find this till we are able to restore it back to normal.
