So for whatever reason I was out browsing eBay and found an ad for an Epiphone EB-0 bass. At the time it was listed for 63 bucks with 3 days to go. I popped down a 100 buck max bid and expected it to be outbid immediately but it wasn't. So I went on with what I was doing and quickly forgot about it till I got a notification that I had won the auction 93 bucks later , including shipping, It's on the way.

Now you may be saying didn't you just buy an Epiphone EB bass like a month ago? Yeah I did but it was the EB-3 which is a long scale bass. The EB-0 is pretty much the same bass but its short scale (around guitar neck length) hence easier to play really fast on. Should be here around Tuesday or so. To make the deal even better it comes with the crappy Epiphone practice amp, bag, cables, a tuner and a song book! Ok so yeah the bag will see some use but my pedal board has a much better tuner and the amp? Im pretty sure my preamp will blow it up haha.

Anyway it's the same finish, Cherry, as my EB-3 so unless the finish is near flawless it will probably get modded into something new and exciting. I'm thinking translucent blue with glitter flakes who knows. Here she is:

Yeah I know. I guess I'm just a hippie at heart lol. I have to say though after some of the work days I have been having recently, not bad just really busy with deadlines, it has kept me sane to pour a wee dram of bourbon and play some bluesy rock or simply blues and chill. Pretty sure some of the gaming I've been accustomed to would have me raging. I did manage to play some Fortnight rounds last night. I could feel the rage welling so I logged off and watched the gangs of new york. The rage is burning within me now lol
