I use most of his suggested settings, but not all. I use "Medium" settings across the board. I also turn off GPU memory restriction, and lastly, I set the frame rate to "monitor refresh rate."

 

Also, download and set up Razor Cortex to automatically turn off non-essential windows processes and memory
