Posted April 21, 20196 yr Looks like 1,200 players got the ban hammer in the Fortnite world cup for everything from cheating software to circumventing region locks. Most players caught got a 2 week ban and lost their winnings. Sadly, while the award money will be redistributed, the in-game leaderboards for the others wont reflect their new standings after the DQs. April 21, 20196 yr It seems cheats are becoming more and more apparent these days, which is a reason for game makers to allow for privately run servers. Case in point!
April 22, 20196 yr Cheats are more common and admins in servers are less common. The FBI might call that a clue.
