I died once when I:

 

- I did not heal myself properly

- I ran out of ammo

- I did not change weapons fast enough

- I got double teamed and blindsided from another player on my right

 

But, "oh well" :)

 

SPECIAL NOTE: You must "Hold" the "G" key down to heal. I was just tapping it and did not realize until the end of the round I wasn't healing properly.
