August 30, 20195 yr What a coincidence- i use these to tie my hair back out of my face. Used to use elastic string and a bead with a hook on the wall. when i went to look for more string at Home Depot i found Gear Tie- much easier to use one-handed. Been about 3 months with daily use and no signs of wear.
