This is what the story lines were for. BF4 you have the "single player" campaign. This is where you worked out how to do things or at least that's what I did. This seems, and I hate to say it, like a cheapo way to give new players the same basic knowledge with minimal effort. Sorry EA/DICE have kinda burned BF to the ground IMHO and the next BF I play is gonna have to be one damned stellar gaming experience before I sink any real cash into it. My only regret is I forgot I had used the EA Access service to play BF5 and didn't stop the subscription for a long time. That one is on me though.
