Bout time. I've been advocating for this for near a decade haha. Im old :(

I have to say there are issues I see... Currently I am working as a Network Engineer at a local MSP but the bulk of my work is warranty work for MP and Lenovo. I service everything from server platforms to Chromebooks that come in from the local school districts. across the board the two things that are the most common are the touchpad/top cover which this type of architecture would make a breeze to service. The next would be cracked screens which this would make time consuming to say the least.

Yesterday i repaired 15 Chromebooks with cracked screens. I would say that number would be half that using this platform simply by having to deal with the main board. Currently its remove the bezel, pop out 4 screws, unplug the screen pop in the new one and reverse the process. It takes a couple of minutes. This would tend to make that process a good bit longer.

In the video I also noticed what appears to be a lack of a drive and memory modules, so I'm assuming that model is more along the lines of a Chromebook platform and not a full function laptop. If its a full function platform the lack of a separate NVMe drive slot and expansion memory module slot would be a no go for me at least.
